- Check supplier documentation against order according to SOPs
- Confirm the quality and quantity of received goods
- Identify incorrect and damaged goods and take appropriate action according to SOPs
- Arrange unloading of goods
- Unload goods using manual handling or appropriate lifting equipment
- Sign or process carrier or supplier documentation according to SOPs
- Prepare, locate and store received goods
- Complete inventory records documentation
- Identify correct storage location and store goods using appropriate materials handling techniques
